eight hour car ride tomorrow. not looking forward to that. i’ll probably want to talk even less tomorrow night.

things i learned today
-i really do make friends everywhere. like today, the little asian boy at breakfast who kept looking at me. and also the cat at San Juan Bautista, who i said “hi” to and he jumped up on the gift shop table. (he got yelled at by his owner)
-you think my spanish pronounciation is bad? try my GPS’s spanish.
-thai food is really good.
-the weather as you drive south in california...

Probably won’t win the East (if Lebron goes to Chicago, they’ve got it, easily), but i could see them in the Eastern Finals. If they can get a few good trades.

road tripping day one
so i still didn’t really feel that well this morning but i had some chicken salad on toast for breakfast. that made me feel better for about an hour. by the time i crashed again we were somewhere around…like bellevue.
i got to listen to 107.7 and my mom didn’t even complain. i thought she would because she’s not a fan of soundgarden or nirvana or linkin park. but hey, she...

how my brother sits up in his room for like an hour doing nothing, so i assume that i can get in the shower. so i get in the shower, i’m in there for 5 minutes, and he knocks on the door and is like “i need a shower. can you hurry up?”

first period i finished a worksheet and that was pretty much it. woohooooo summation notation
second period ms. bloemker showed us different designs for our tie dye shirts….i’m SO excited to make themmmm :)
third period? we turned in and had to correct our CBAs (which i spent a great amount of time working on yesterday) and then we find out that we get to correct them again tonight...
things i know from living more than 16 years on...
-finding nemo is much more entertaining when watched in a foreign language.
-warm, homemade pudding is 14817538975846872143875308 times better than the cold plastic cup kind.
-ron artest is dumb. ditto with rasheed wallace.
-you can never have too many shoes, books, scarves, or boxes of kleenex.
